Horrible customer service! Ignoring my refund request due to accidentally purchasing wrong box. Immediate requested when I realized. Nothing for six days, many many requests to cratejoy and seller. Got an email said to reply if I needed anything. So I reply before the box ever sent AND THEY STILL ignored me and sent the darn box anyway. I’m livid. Fourth dollars, my code didn’t even go through for my 20% discount. Just lots of disappointment from company and seller. I don’t want the freakin box!!!!!! I want my refund.

Horrible customer service. The listing says the first box ships out right away. I purchased this subscription over a month ago and have not received anything. I emailed the seller through cratejoy multiple times and did not receive a single response to my issue. I'm approaching the date for my next payment on this subscription and have nothing to show for it. I will be cancelling and disputing charges with Capital One since the seller will not respond.
