Jewlybox automatically renewed my 3-month subscription in June but never shipped me the July box after charging me for 1 of 3 shipments. I have continued to contact them for the last couple of weeks and have never received a response back. Poor customer service! Cancelling subscription!
I subscribed for two months. The first month was amazing! I was like, you're reading my mind. The packaging is beautiful too. Then the next month... one of the pieces was a pretty bracelet that I'd seen from other reviews and I love it, but the other two were shockingly awful and random - a tiger tooth necklace and ugly round shell earrings. They're that bad by anyone's standards - not wearable and not giftable. I gasped when I saw them. Items that were completely different than any of the beautiful reviews I've seen. And every single review I've seen has gorgeous pieces! It made me sad and I cancelled. However - keeping in mind that four good pieces out of six plus on time shipping and beautiful packaging - that's a 4 out of 5. I just don't understand how those pieces ever got curated!
Let me start off by saying. I have so much jewelry that I have 3 Large jewelry armoires. What can I say I love jewelry. I have quite a lot of it and I can truly say the quality of the pieces I received were wonderful. I sub to the 5 pieces and I loved every piece I received . I’m glad I subbed for 6 months. And the packaging! Truly exquisite. Great job jewly box. Can’t wait for next month
