Unbelievable rub!

I have been BBQing for years and but I have always used store bought rubs and they never tasted right. My meat came out good but not great. My BBQ Box took my BBQing skills the next level. The rub is nothing short of incredible and the recipes are on point and precise. Basically, this has given new energy to my BBQing hobby and inspired me to explore new areas. Love it and I would like an opportunity to buy the rub separately after I run out.

With the favorable reviews and magazine endorsements, I was really optimistic to purchase as a birthday present. However, after now having received 2 boxes, we are completely underwhelmed. The BBQ accessories have been low quality/cheap and overall, both boxes contain less than $7 worth of items. I would ideally like to cancel my last box.

Thank you for the feedback! I am very sorry that the boxes did not meet your expectations. For a majority of our customers the cooking instructions and rub represent a lot of value to them. With the accessories we do source quality products and try to connect them to the recipe in hopes they will aid in the cook but we do not intend them to be the primary value in our boxes. For customers where rubs and cooking instructions are of lesser value, unfortunately our boxes may not live up to expectations. I do apologize but we sincerely appreciate the feedback! We are always striving to improve the enjoyment and value in our boxes and your feedback helps!
