It took almost 3 months to get here (to Canada) but they took my preferences/requests into consideration and made me the perfect box :) I love all the items they sent and I’ve never seen any of them before; not in the Disney stores in Canada, the US shop Disney site or the UK shop Disney site. Thanks so much!!!
I never recived my order!!!! They charged me extra 10$ for shipping and more then 5 month later i still haven't recived it!!! It's a scam!! Don't buy from this seller!!!!
I really want one of these. Will they be back in stock at some point?
This box would be AMAZING if they could get their issues with shipping figured out. LOVED the contents of the box and it would be well worth keeping the subscription going but the shipping and lack of communication from this seller is their Achilles' heel. Such a fantastic concept, espectially for Disney fans. So smart, but I've never had to fight so hard to get 3 boxes, and then to have them arrive within 3 days via DHL almost 3 months past the initial order...SMH in disbelief.
I paid twice, I've waited 3 months, and nothing even shipped! I've sent several messages to this seller and crate joy and they have not replied or refunded my money. This is a scam as far as I can tell. Save your money and go with another box.
I ordered this in October 2021. It's February 1, 2022 and I still don't have a package. I contacted the seller multiple times with no response. Customer service got them to reply once with a response that I should get it soon. That was a month ago. This time they did not even respond to customer service. I've ordered other items from overseas and gotten them in a couple of weeks but this company has taken months and still no package.
It has been three months since I ordered this box. It hasn’t shipped, and I’ve messaged the seller four times— no reply. I understand that Covid has affected shipping, but to receive no reply to my messages and no update on shipping is unacceptable.
Update: it’s now been five months. It’s ridiculous.
While the shipping takes a long time (not the fault of the business just coming from Japan to the USA) it was worth the wait. LOVE LOVE LOVED everything in our box!!
I absolutely loved my subscription box. I bought a one time one first and loved it so much I had to subscribe! I said how much I would love some of the exclusive Nuimos and in both boxes I have received one! All the other items have been picked perfectly according to my preferences! I love all of the Ariel bits I have received so far! Thank you so much, these are lovely, surprise boxes! It takes a while to make it to the UK, but it is definitely worth the wait!!
The first box I received was soooo cute however, I placed my order in July and have only received one box. I contacted the seller who said all three boxes had shipped and they couldn’t not give me a tracking number until the package made it through customs. I never received any tracking numbers and am now just sitting and waiting, thinking I may never see the boxes. I loved my first box and understand items from overseas takes extra time however, the lack of communication really makes this a hard box to recommend. Hopefully the curators will fix the communication to truly make this box a magical experience!
Update May 2022. I still have not received my third box from the original order placed in July 2021. The company sent me a tracking number in December that has the information as “a label has been created”. Although the first 2 boxes were so cute it’s not worth the hundreds of dollars. Seller is extremely slow to respond and I feel like I have been absolutely used and disregarded as a customer.
