Q: Is there any way to request a no thongs package? If not, might be a great idea to have 3 boxes to choose from; mixed, all thongs or no thongs. Most ladies I know primarily stick to one of the two. Asked by Laura G., December 2020
Hi Laura. Thanks so much for the question and the suggestion! We actually used to offer a "no thongs" option, however, we found that most of our customers preferred a mix of "sometimes thongs." Therefore, we decided to remove that variation so that we can maximize the product offerings for our customers when hand-selecting inventory each month. If we receive feedback from customers that a "no thong" option is desired, we'll certainly bring that option back! Also, our customers communicate with us regularly and we make every attempt to accommodate special requests when possible. Please give us a try and let us know what you think! Size does matter! With My Panty Pack, we have a sizing guarantee so that if your panties don't fit how you expected, we will process an exchange for you right away. Just get in touch with us, we will send you directions on how to send them back (we'll handle shipping expense) and your new pair will be sent back right away, free of charge.
Please note that our panties do run a tad small, so we encourage customers to order a size up from their usual size. We do list US equivalent sizes, however, every brand and style fits slightly different.

Customers subscriptions renew on the 11th of each month. For pre-pay orders, they renew on the 11th of the third, sixth, or 12th month. If you need to change your renewal date or skip a month, that's easy to do. You can make most changes in your account yourself (find your name in the top right side of your device and click into your active subscriptions). Or, you can always contact us directly and we will make the changes for you.
Q: When is my subscription going to be shipped?Asked by Johnsen E., September 2020
We aim to get your first panty pack to you as quickly as possible! Therefore, the first pack is sent within a week of ordering. All subsequent panty packs are shipped by the fifth of the month. We always send a tracking number with each shipment so that you can check the status directly. If you have a question about your specific order, please contact us so that we can provide specific updates.
