Generally we do not offer substitutions because all subscribers receive the same specially chosen products for that months theme. However, we often have stock of other items that do not necessarily match that months theme that we could send if that is acceptable. Q: I did not receive the correct book for November. It was supposed to be The Woods and I received The Possible World. Is this normal to receive something different than advertised?Asked by Debbie D., November 2020

Thank you for your question! "The Woods" is the theme of the November box. Each month the items in the box relate to the theme in some way. The book, though, does not relate to the theme. The book is chosen based on the subscribers genre preferences. You may know 5 people who all receive a Peace & Pages subscription and all 5 could get different books based on their genre selections. I hope that helps answer your question!
