I bought this for a gift for my Mom and she has not received not one. Nobody answers my questions- they just take your money and don’t send anything. There is literally nobody to speak to. I have left email after email. Nothing. Shameful.
Hi Valerie, I apologize for the delay in replying to your emails sent on January 19 - they were both re-routed to a spam folder, so I didn't see it until today (January 21). I've sent you a full reply by email to make this right. I'm sorry that the cards you ordered haven't arrived yet. I just took a look at your account and confirmed that your first card was shipped in line with our shipping schedule. When a new order is placed, we aim to send the first card within five business days, and subsequent cards are shipped on the 11th of each month (or the closest business day following the 11th).
Because we ship from Canada, it can sometimes take up to...
As far as I can tell, my girlfriend loves getting these. She had no clue the card was from me for some reason, eventhough I entered my information into the necessary places for printing on the shipment. Either way, she loves them & I enjoy reminding her that she is important....and a badass!!
Thanks for the feedback, Arianne. The Cratejoy system separates your billing info from the personal message for privacy reasons, so if you didn't 'sign off' on your message, it wouldn't indicate who it's from. I suspect that's what happened here. To make this right, I will add one extra month to your gift subscription :). I'm so glad to hear that your girlfriend solved the mystery and is enjoying the Power-Mama Post! - Nicole from Postalist
When I first heard about Postalist it was close to Mother’s Day so I sent out the one-time card option to a number of loved ones. They all received their cards within no time at all and we’re thrilled by the surprise of a beautifully designed postcard with a power-boosting message. After such a pleasant experience, I’ll definitely be signing up some friends for a one year subscription!
Such a great company! I love getting my monthly boost of encouragement! Motherhood is such a tremendous blessing! With that blessing comes countless questions, comparisions and secondguessings.. it is so comforting to know you're not alone. For any mother, wether struggling at times or not, these monthly reminders of encouragement are an excellent way to know you're doing it and doing it well!
Highly recommend postalist to any mom at any stage of their motherhood journey!
I love Postalist! As soon as I heard about it, I thought of my friend that has a baby at home who has struggled emotionally on and off since giving birth. I always try to tell her how amazing she is, but I am so excited for her to start getting these postcards. I love that she’ll be getting these every month and it’s not just a one time thing.
I find the price very reasonable and the designs look really cute! The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process was super straightforward. Great customer service!
Can’t wait to receive my monthly postcard pick me up! All moms need positive reinforcement, especially now during these extra trying times. Website is super easy to navigate and the price is right.
The perfect option for my Mother’s Day gift this year from afar. I bought the 1 year subscription for a friend and couldn’t be happier—beautiful and unique designs, and for what I usually spend on one bouquet my friend will receive a gift every month this year. Excellent service!
Easy to order and such a great idea during this stressful time. A reasonable price, especially considering we can’t go anywhere! Looking forward to my monthly dose of self care.
A special Mother's Day edition post for all the strong mamas out there.
Fuck the guilt. Our June Power-Mama Post card is all about accepting imperfections and moving on. Because you have enough on your plate without beating yourself up. Leave the past in the past and mom-on!
It's no secret that in the midst of motherhood, we sometimes forget to direct some of the love, compassion and kindness that we share with out little ones to ourselves as well. Here's a bold call to action, to look at yourself in the mirror with googly eyes and remember how glorious you really are.
The August Power-Mama Post is a not-so-subtle reminder that support is necessary to survive motherhood! We all struggle when it comes to asking for and accepting help, and it's time for that to change! This month's affirmation will help you let go of any guilt, shame or awkwardness and help you feel confident asking for the support you deserve!
Sometimes you need a not-so-gentle reminder of all the wonderful things you DESERVE, mama. We are always happy to provide such a reminder, in our trademark no-BS style.
A gentle reminder to take a look in the mirror and celebrate who you've become, because that person is incredible.
It's not you, it's November. The. Worst. Month. Of. The. Year.
It wasn't easy but you made it through 2020. You should get a medal for surviving this dumpster fire of a year. OR maybe this postcard showing up in the mail to remind you how you've persevered.
Thinking about new year resolutions? Don't be adding anything to your list, mama. Resolve to clear some space in your life by practicing the most beautiful two-letter word: N-O.
Not sure if you should laugh or cry? Why not do both? As hysterically as you can! #Momlife is nothing if not hysterical, so why not just roll with it? It not now, when?
Facebook mom group got you down? Wondering how your perfect neighbour who is such a perfect mother manages to be so perfect? Forget about it and opt out of the comparison trap with a friendly little reminder featuring our favourite F word.
Ever look back on your old life, the one *before kids* and wonder where that smart, funny, easy-going svelte person went? Guess what. She's still here. She's just a little more tired and has more stains on her shirt.
