Overall I have had a bed experience with this.
First subscription goes out I get a tracking number, excited to get it then tracking number no longer works. Month goes by no package. Contact post fly they were awesome to deal with and sent out a new one right away.
Second problem Missing items in the box… pretty disappointed to be honest

Ordered July 21st, today is Aug 18th... still haven't received my box, no update either. Emailed customer service and they provided no resolution. Maybe this company is good for people in the USA, but I guess people in Canada have to wait months to get their boxes?
Based on this experience I doubt I will sign up for their monthly service. I'm patient to an extent... but this is ridiculous!
