They used to include a lot more pens and that recently changed and now they include atleast 2 or 3 pens . It’s not worth the price
Agree. I thought I'd get something special. I could buy the notebook and pens at Target... For much less. Also 2 of the pens I received didn't even work. Not worth it at all. I feel cheated.

Up in the top right hand corner of Cratejoy & click on the little person, select subscriptions & in that page you'll find all of your subscriptions. Under the scribe-delivery subscription you'll see manage subscription & in there at the bottom you'll see cancel subscription.

I believe it is under the MY Subscription box in the lower left quadrant of the screen. Select edit. I unsubscribed several months back. I still have my account but my subscription shows cancelled.
I want to re-up my subscription, but with so many negative reviews I am rethinking. I love the products that are sent, but I think they are a bit pricey. I'll continue to think about it for a while.
I paid for January, February, March and April Scribe delivery and received NOTHING! I have asked for a refund and heard NOTHING! I have asked more than 10 times and gotten NOTHING! You have poor customer service and awful respect for your customers!
canceled in December 2022 BUT have been charged for last 4 months and received NOTHING just some excuse with shipping problems. Would not recommend them
I responded to an email promotion for a discounted annual subscription in November. As an existing monthly customer for about a year, I had not had any issues prior. However when my sub renewed, I was charged full price. After 4 emails spanning a month. 8 finally heard back on Jan 11 asking what coupon code I used, Sent back a copy of the email, which did not have a coupon code or any restrictions listed, but on Jan 19 I was told the deal was only for new subscribers. Again, this was not mentioned in the original email but ok. I wasn’t happy but I can deal.
Fast forward to mid March and I have received ZERO boxes since my “renewal “. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past month asking for a refund since I’m not receiving the product and haven’t gotten a response at all. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this really isn’t acceptable
This company is very poorly run. I have a six-month subscription and will not be renewing it. I didn't mean to renew it the first time - if you leave your payment information in your account they'll renew even if you've canceled already. The products are not worth the subscription price, and there have been no shipments for over three months. Customers are encouraged to "have patience" and told it's a family-run business that has had illnesses to deal with; that overseas shipments have been canceled or delayed; and that they're working hard to get our items packaged and shipped. Meanwhile, they sold new subscriptions and special one-off items. I don't know if it's abysmal business skills or a scam, but I suggest you just go to Staples and spend your money there.
I used to love this subscription box. I got it back in 2019 and then splurged for a 1 year membership in July 2022. I got my August-December deliveries although they came later each month-various reasons like illness, backorders and delays at the border. Now I and many other subscribers haven't seen anything in 3 months. The owners gave vague answers only when pressed, then didn't ship when they said it would. Now in March they are ignoring emails to support and tags on facebook. Monthly subscribers were still being charged; I don't know if I'll get the last 7 boxes I paid for or a refund.
Total crooks. I signed up in January and have yet to receive anything. They had no problem taking my money, though. Their FB page has some B.S. excuse as to why they're behind, but that hasn't been updated since 1/11. The owners stopped replying to my messages. Based on the FB comments, many people are owed months worth of merchandise. They should be providing refunds at this point, otherwise, it's time for small claims court.
I signed up for the pen subscription in October. So far, I've received 1 pen sub and the Halloween add-on. I ordered a $50 mystery box, a December add-on and a few other items. I've reached out several times, sent them my order numbers and the only things I've received are what I've mentioned above. They recently took out money for next month's sub, but I'm still waiting on the things I ordered in October and November and December. The pen sub, if it was to be consistent, was pretty awesome, but the dismaying customer services and eager financial services have left a bad impression on me. Proceed with caution.
I ordered a subscription and a $50 mystery box from these guys in September. I got my subscription for October (not super exciting) but have yet to see my mystery box. I've reached out several times and have gotten no response from them. I want my order or my money back.
I have been wanting to try this since it first stared and finally for their anniversary the had a discount code for 1 month so I did it. I can not express how disappointed I am I've been charged twice but only received one package that package had a thin dollar store type journal (18 pages) 2 Zebra brand pens (again the sell zebra brand at you guessed it the dollar tree) and 3 basic pens like you find ay ever bank and office nation wide and a few basic Halloween post cards and stickers (the kind you buy on amazon 99 cents for 100). nothing half as specials as the photos you see around the internet
Our September delivery focused on back to school and featured a custom designed spiral notebook that debuted in scribedelivery. We included the spiral notebook, a custom made set of pocket notebooks, plus pens, a pencil, and highlighter markers. The perfect back to school kit.
Our October delivery celebrating our 4 year anniversary! We included 3 amazing notebooks, each very high-quality with wonderful paper. The two matching notebooks featured thick covers and fun designs, while the other notebook was a lovely light journal. We also included one of the best reviewed pens currently available. We imported the Japanese model to add the extra quality.
Our December delivery focused on the fun of winter and the need to write that comes with the holiday season. Included were the amazing Hadron Epoch Winter Notebooks, plus a wonderful Creative journal. We also included the much-requested Preppy Fountain Pen. It's a must have. We rounded it out with a set of post-its (one of our most requested items). This was a great collection for getting through winter.
