Cute but all tiny sizes

I ordered the larger 44 dollar box. The kast two months have been full of sample size items. This last month i received an unlabeled pot of something greenish with no explanation in the box. There is a small room spray (the best thing in the box) , a stone, green tea and a snack. Maximum 15 - 20 dollars of items. A big dissapointment.

When I first subscribed to this box earlier in the year, I was so happy with the quality and themes of the box. It was totally me!! I'm a total Lunar hippy mermaid babe!! Lol
July's box was not too thrilling and I didn't think the Summer Camp theme really fit their previous themes but still enjoyed some of the products and could at least see the value and thought put into the box. I know to expect a couple boxes with each subscription that don't really resonate with me, so no big deal, I just looked forward to the upcoming boxes.
August's box was a completely different story, it came VERY late (a month after payment), had only sample sized products and also appeared as if something was missing from the box, but I was unable to tell since that was the first box I had ever gotten without a information card. I had been checking their website and instagram account constantly and there had not been any changes or updates for over a month which was unusual for this company as they always gave away hints in their instagram account.
Another thing I noticed right away was the shipping label had another address from another state from previously sent from pasted over the return to label. That made me think the company (or person who does these boxes) moved states. So I emailed the company and simply asked if there was something missing from my box in a friendly email and never got a answer. I was completely ignored!
I finally got frustrated by the lack of service and communication, and emailed the company to let them know I'm no longer going to continue my subscription. Seeing the latest reviews, I'm so glad I did.
Honestly this was my FAVORITE subscription at one time so I'm bummed out. I'm hoping the seller will get back on track as I'll gladly become a client again if quality (and customer service) goes back to where it was months ago.

I'm wondering what happened too. I'd been very happy with my boxes and had great customer service. Now, I've still not received my July box, my August box was missing product and nothing yet for September. I sent an email to customer service asking if something was wrong, just an inquiry really, I wasn't rude or upset. Still, no response. I hope I don't have trouble cancelling. There no longer seems to be a website or Facebook page. Such an unexpected disappointment.
