This was my first box and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Another reviewer said she was disappointed in the quality of the items, and I agree some were items one might find in a "dollar" type of store, but that was not important to me. What I loved about the box was opening it up and no matter how many items I took out, there always seemed to be another! I've had many boxes from others where you may find 3 or 4 items only and if you don't like any of them, it seems such a waste. Having suffered from clinical depression for more than a decade, discovering all the tiny items lifted my mood. To me, it was the obvious care that went into the choosing and packing of the items that made a difference -- I wasn't looking for expensive items or something that would be perfect for me in particular -- just a little bit of feeling like a kid again with no cares in the world. (for "Concerned" there was a note in my box that there were some family concerns for the owners that might be what is affecting your attempts to contact them).

I have tried to email you a couple of times as well as send a message through this application but it won’t send.
However I have not received a response. I have paid for two months and haven’t received a box yet. I at least like to give people a chance to fix something so that’s why am making you aware. I really am looking forward to this box and hope something can be resolved. It says that the first box has been sent however the tracking application you use is not working and so I Have no idea if it’s been sent or when I’m going I can expect it to arrive. Can you please respond to me and let me know I would really appreciate it thank you-Theresa
