Awesome box!

Ordered one as a gift. I was surprised at how much came in such a small package! Top-of-the-line balls and glove plus other goodies. I had to get a box for myself. Unfortunately, I don't play as much golf anymore. If I did, a subscription would definitely be worth it!

Shortly after my boyfriend started his new obsession with golf I decided to go on the hunt for a nice gift to start him off! I purchased the Gear Box and am very satisfied. He is very picky and thankfully he was impressed! Customer service is very fast and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough!!!
Don't waste your money.

If I could have left zero stars and still written a review I would have. Basically I purchased a 3-month subscription for my husband for Father's Day. I ordered a subscription about two weeks before Father's Day thinking that the first box would get here just in time. I noticed almost right away that I was charged twice for my subscription so that was my first email to customer service. To their credit they refunded the additional charge and error right away. I even got an email the day after I ordered a subscription stating that my first box was on its way - yay! Two weeks later however the box was not here. Father's Day came and went. I contacted customer service again and told them that my shipment never made it - per USPS, they had created the tracking number but never shipped the box. They shipped the box and it got here almost 2 weeks after Father's Day. About a month after the first box arrived I expected to see the second box in the mail but nothing came. I had to contact customer service again and ask where the box was. Again I received another email the next day showing a new tracking number and that my shipment was on its way. Surprise surprise the same thing happened again - USPS showed that the tracking number was created but the box had never been shipped. So I contact customer service again and just ask for a refund of the last 2 months of my 3-month subscription, because this is going to be way too much of a hassle. No response. So I went to their Facebook page and decided to send them a message. Again no response. Contact a customer service again and requested the same thing again. Finally a response - they were going to ship out the second box immediately and issue a refund for the third box. Today we finally received the second box - nearly two months after the first box arrived and 3 months after I started the subscription. And no surprise here I still haven't received a refund for the third box. The customer service is extremely lacking and it sounds like they are very disorganized. I get an Ipsy bag every month, the dog gets a Bark Box, these things are always on time and I never have to check on where the items are because they come regularly and the contents are never a disappointment. Not only was a swinger box a complete hassle from start to finish, but I think I can pretty safely assume that they're probably not going to refund me my third month so I'm out $55 bucks for that. If I try golf subscription box for my husband again I'm going to go with birdie box. I've at least heard good things about that one.
