Ive put my money here twice and twice never got the box before canceling iver cuatomer service issues. For an indie company I feelnlike im speaking to Comcast. The emails are impersonal, copy pasted default emails, ignoring the crux of the orginal email. I definitely wont try this again.

I have been subscribing to the C&P Planning & Stationary Box for over a year now and I have never been disappointed! Their themes for each month are fantastic, and the items in each box are so functional with purpose yet can be used in so many different ways depending on your planning/organizing needs or style. My 1 and only complaint about the subscription is that it doesn't give its customers enough time to truly embrace the monthly theme and utilize the corresponding products. The boxes are shipped towards the end of the month and sometimes by the time it gets to you it's almost the next month. So if the theme of month A is wellness and you're encouraged to use the items and think about wellness in month A, sometimes you don't even get the box until month B which has a whole different theme. While I don't have a problem with the actual shipping date or how long it takes to ship, I think maybe we would be better served if the box was catered towards the upcoming month so we can use the products along with the theme of that month. Ex: shipping the november box at the end of october. But other than that, I absolutely adore my subscription boxes and look forward to it each month! I definitely think subscribing is well worth the money, especially with the products that are given each month and the exclusivity of some of the items! Can't recommend...

Beautiful products, great delivery and AMAZING customer service. Unfortunately, they’re not exactly crystal clear that this box is for existing customers of the planners they offer. I’m ending up with three months of super-neat stuff I really can’t use properly because I’m not a current owner of one of their planners… Know what you’re getting into! Otherwise, really cool stuff AND the customer service is outstanding. I really cannot speak highly enough of the service - after my initial review, I was contacted immediately and we found a mutually beneficial solution very quickly. I might just have to get a Cloth& Paper planner now - thanks!

I did a test run by subscribing for three months. I chose the stationary and pens. Overall: the box is curated with thoughtfulness, and the items within are high quality. If you are making your own planners and/or binders, than this box would be perfect for that. You can choose which type of planner you use (that allows refillable content) like A6 or A5 or disc planner, etc.
At first I wasn't entirely sure when the next box would ship, and signing up for the box signed me up for their email subscription, so I kept getting emails about items dropping and felt a bit overwhelmed by them. When the item did ship, it came in good condition.
The products themselves were wonderfully designed and very useable. I adored the pens! The pens came with three or four fancy-looking ones that were very high quality with two more regular-store-bought-ones thrown in for versatility. The stationary portion comes with the filleable pages (set to the size you picked when selecting this box), stickers, and even magnetic clips. I found the design of the fillable pages to be very well thought out and useful for my purposes.
Do I recommend this box? Yes. I am low on funds at the moment, so I had to take a break, but I suspect I'll be back in a few months for another three month sub. Great job with this box! And thank you!

I normally love Cloth & Paper boxes. The box I just received in September 2021 was one of the worse boxes thus far and a waste of money. I won’t be using any of these products from this months box besides maybe the pens and even those I am disappointed in since they are all exactly the same.

I really wanted to like this box. I saw the pictures, read the description, saw unboxing posts for the past boxes and fell in love with C&P products. I signed up late in June, so I missed my train so had to wait until now to receive my first box, and I was looking forward to it so much!
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I do not know who approved of this month's theme or curation, but the theme is "travelling." In the middle of Covid pandemic. Is this some kind of joke? I know with the vaccination getting done, people are dying to get back to the "normal" life, but we are no where near to make travel plans and use half of the materials that was given in this box:
Packing list inserts, itinerary book, travel label stickers (clear stickers to label your toiletries) and a clear plastic zipper pouch that looks and feels cheap. Compared to the last month's stuff where you've got discs and cover to make your own journal (which sadly I missed), this is a total letdown.
As for the pens, two pens are black ink pens, two brown, and one bright yellow. Not sure where I'll be able to use the bright yellow pen because it's kinda hard to read and see what I wrote. The brown ones were nice, one being a felt tip, adding some variety, but the most of the pens were all 0.5mm ink pens, and I wish there was a bit...

I am an avid fan of Cloth & Paper products and I was initially unsure whether to subscribe as I am from the UK. However, there was no need to be worried as the service is always impeccable. My box is a decent price and always arrives rather quickly which is great considering the current times we are in.
The products are useful as well as pretty and I am genuinely happy with each box I have had so far. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for minimal and functional themed planning supplies!
Also the customer service is brilliant! The advisers are always polite as well as willing to help and are very prompt when responding to queries.

I started my subscription toward the end of 2020 and MAN I have never been this satisfied with a stationery company. I love every box. I receive the Penspiration and stationery box. Shipping is SUPER fast and the quality of every product is top tier. 11/10 recommend signing up if you enjoy stationery. Thank you C&P!
