We enjoyed the first shipment but the second never arrived and I never received a response from support. After waiting a couple of weeks, I canceled my membership. It's too bad as the price was right and my son liked what he received. But, the support is horrible.
6 weeks and still waiting

I ordered their wet shave package over a month ago. I received their order number but no tracking number, which I thought was odd. So after about 3 weeks of waiting, I tried calling them several times to no avail (they cannot be reached), and I emailed them 3 times, all of which were not replied. It has now been over 6 weeks, and I still have not received their package. And I cannot get a hold of them.
