Hi Jordan, our recipe kits do not come with any fresh ingredients or kitchen tools, just the dried spices required for cooking the meal. We try to ensure that all of the ingredients needed to cook the dish are accessible and easy to get from a standard (UK) supermarket, and many of them will be things that you're likely to already have in the cupboard. As an example, our latest recipe kit (for Suadero Beef Tacos with Salsa Mexicana) required the following ingredients: diced beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, coriander (cilantro), lime, avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise, mini tortillas, and rice/black beans to serve.

The spices themselves are all gluten free but we do use gluten containing ingredients in the test kitchen so if the allergy is severe, please get in touch first!
If you do decide to order please send us a message with your order number so that we can ensure we send recipe kits which have a gluten- free shopping list for the fresh ingredients, our recipe developers are also more than happy to advise on adapting recipes to be gluten free with ingredients substitutions. Many of our recipe kits do have a vegetarian option, when you order if you drop us an email to let us know you would like recipes with vegetarian options, we'll make a note on your subscription to send you suitable recipes!
