When will the recipient know about the gift?
That’s up to you. In your cart’s gift options, you can email them a gift message and choose when it goes out—right away, when the box ships, or on a date you pick. Skip the email and the box itself is the surprise. The first box ships on the seller’s schedule.
Can I gift just one delivery instead of a recurring one?
Yes. Many sellers offer a single box as well as 3, 6, and 12-month terms. In your cart’s gift options, choose One-time gift and the gift ends with the last box of the term, with no renewal charge. Choose Renews if you’d like it to keep going until it’s canceled.
What if they don't like what they choose?
Every purchase is covered by Cratejoy's buyer protection. If a delivery arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, we'll work with the seller to make it right.
Can I add a personalized note?
Yes, for free. Turn on Email a gift message in your cart’s gift options, write your note, and we’ll email it to them when you choose.
