Guatemala: Aluminum Can Butterfly Earrings Made from 100% recycled aluminum cans. These fun butterflies dangle from silvertone French hooks. UPAVIM is dedicated to supporting the women of La Esperanza in their fight for better economics, healthcare, & educational opportunities. Located in a community plagued with gangs and violence. UPAVIM provides a sanctuary & hope. They offer employment, a children's center that works with 70 children, healthcare, & other programs.

Uganda: Namakula Bracelet Each bead is formed by rolling strips of paper. The bead is then dipped in a clear varnish to give it sheen, hardness, & durability. Usually not dyed. Project Have Hope is a 501© 3 non-profit organization that seeks to empower women in the Acholi Quarter of Uganda by providing education to both the women & their children. They also assist the women in establishing business opportunities to promote economic stability & sustainability.
