Yes! Air Plant Hub has partnered with Cratejoy to offer our monthly subscription box exclusively on the Cratejoy site. All plants that come in the Air Plants Monthly box are from the Air Plant Hub nursery.
Thank you for your interest!
This was such a fun gift and my mom loved it. We even got her some wonderful items to display the plants.
This box was a hit or miss in the 3 months that I had it for. Not much of a wow factor since from one box to the next you should expect to receive at least 1 or 2 of the same plants you've already received.
For a first time air plant owner, this was good to take the leap with, but I would not buy it again.
Highly recommend this box for any plant lover. I'm always surprised by the different varieties of air plants in the world, and this subscription has showcased that more than I could have imagined! They also often include a display for the beautiful BB's. I've definitely looked forward to receiving this every month.
Such a great box! The plants are beautiful and healthy and large! Much better quality than I’ve bought in stores, and they last longer too.
Everything comes tagged with the plant name, packaged well, and is a great value. I like the variety in the boxes, especially because there are plants I haven’t seen before.
The plants are as advertised; large and showy. I was hoping there was a sheet of information about each plant: enclosed; I had to go to the internet for that. I cancelled my subscription, only because I want to be sure I can keep the three I received in good health.
The plants all arrived in beautiful condition. The box was better than I expected and the information and care paper provided was nice. There were about five air plants in each box. Some of them even came with beautiful blooms. I ordered the 3 month plan and received everything in a timely and consistent manner.
Couldn’t be more please with my subscription. My first box contained 4 varieties of Stricta. All arrived healthy, large and exceptionally beautiful. Arranged then in my Coral and I have an amazing piece of art. I’m hooked. Can’t wait for my other 2 boxes.
I have recieved 2 subscription boxes from Air Plant Hub. I have so far been extremely pleased. They sent me plants that were healthy and seemed to be a great value for the box. With each box comes with an information sheet explaining that months theme and alot of great Info about the types of plants in the box. I definitely reccomend this box and Air Plant Hub as a whole!
The reason I gave a four was the some of the plants plants arrived looking really bad. Full of dead ends and dead blooms and pretty small. I was also sent only three plants and 2 plant holders. Would have like to have seen better quality of plants and not the holders. However the first box that shipped was amazing! Just felt like they just grabbed something and shoved it in a box this time.
I’ve ordered air plants from Etsy, Amazon, and local nurseries. These are by far the best quality I’ve seen and the care and detail put into curating these boxes is top notch.
The June box is a beautiful assortment of airplants including: 1) Medium Xerographica Thick Leaf, 1) Medium Ionantha x Brachycaulos (Hybrid), and 1) Medium Stricta X Leonamiana (Hybrid). All three of these amazing plants are what we consider to be "beginner friendly". They can thrive in a variety of environmental conditions and do well being shipped. Xerographica is one of the more expensive air plants on the market, so we typically only include them in 1 box per year.
The July box includes the largest air plant we have ever put in one of our monthly boxes! If you have been wanting to try a big air plant, this is your chance! The July box includes: 1) XL Secunda, 1) Medium Curly Slim (Hybrid), and 1) Medium Juncifolia. You will be particularly impressed by the Curly Slim in this box, it has a whimsical growing shape. The juncifolia is a unique, pine needle looking air plant that works well for many displays. Enjoy!
This box features our handcrafted acacia wood magnet air plant holder and 7 assorted air plants: paleacea, capitata peach, seleriana, 3 assorted ionantha, and brachycaulos.
The October box highlights some of the more premium and rare air plant offerings, including: Stricta Iridescent, Funckiana, Caulescens, Recurvata Clump, and an XL Starburst.
The November box was a greenhouse mix of hand selected special plants from our greenhouse. This month was special because not everyone got the same thing. We looked for nicely shaped and colored plants from the greenhouse...basically if the air plant stuck out in a good way, we grabbed it for these boxes! At least one premium plant from the photo above was included in each box.
This is a fun box that includes 3 geometric metal stands that were made to hold air plants in. If you decide to spread the Christmas cheer this month, these also make great gifts for others. We included 3 random air plants with wider bases that will fit these holders. All boxes include a beautiful color care card with detailed air plant care instructions.
