Horrible Customer Service

Ordered the May crate as a gift because the cratejoy site said it will arrive around the 25th, but according to the FX Crate site is SHIPS by the 30th at the latest. Bummed it wouldn't arrive by their bday, but oh well, right? Well on May 30th I get an email saying the May crate was delayed, but would ship within the next week. 2 weeks go by with no crate, so I decide to complain and realize there's no customee service phone #, just email... Bad sign... So I email a complaint and it got responded to a week later by asking me to verify something, which I did. It's now July 1st, and I haven't received a refund or a crate. What a freaking nightmare.
Not worth the cost

They give you only some of the products to create the effect that they give the tutorial for. The item came very late (by comparison I had been gifted another subscription at the same time and received 2 boxes and a third delivered at the same time that this one came). I would suggest buying your own SFX makeup and supplies after watching other tutorials on youtube- at least then you can make sure you have everything needed to actually create the effect.

I was very happy when I got this box. I subscribed in November and got a box full of blood stuff! I had a few questions and their customer service team was incredibly helpful. Loved the blood 10/10 would donate to Red Cross.
