Hi there! We do try to avoid repeats by noting each account with products sent, but errors sometimes still occur. If you should receive the same product and you're not happy about it, please send an email to our customer service with the product that was duplicated and we'll replace it.

We always want to know if you or your gift recipient have any allergies and we just implemented a survey question on our purchase page that asks for any allergies or sensitivities to be listed. You may also send an email message to our customer service address letting us know.

We use natural butters, oils, clays, herbs, and spices and all fragrances are certified phthalate-free and pure essential oils. Each bar comes with its own (short) list of ingredients. We are happy to provide the ingredients of any bar prior to purchase.
