I was really excited for this box and pre-ordered ahead of time filling out a survey which seems to have been a waste of time because all people with the same sign got the same thing. The first month there were somewhat consistent notices about the box being late due to the demand being higher than they thought it. Shipping delays would have been okay if the box didn't have items with price tags still present. On top of that the book that was sent on the outside looked cool, but almost immediately upon reading the author tore my sign apart with passive aggressive undertones when speaking about positive aspects of the sign, which is impressive for a book. However, it is not something up lifting of descriptive of my sign because it was filled with what seemed to be personal biased. I received a metal jewelry tray instead of clay. Initially I was saddened by this, but after reading the clay reviews I glad mine was metal because it arrived in one piece. I decided to ride out and get the second box hoping the first was just due to it being new. An email did go out around the time it was supposed to ship stating the box would be late due to a new shipping company taking over. A week and a half after the expected second delivery date the shipment information was created. There was a my subscription addiction reveal as well that showed an item being sent in all of the boxed, which shows that uniqueness promised will continue to not happen and potentially lessen as the curators realized what they promised could not be delivered. I'm very disappointed and had high hopes.

Before I elaborate on my review, I think it’s worth noting I’m on my second month of My Zodiac Box. The first month, (as I’m sure you read about in previous reviews) was extremely late and a cluster you-know-what. I received my stones in a shattered container, the book I received still had the price tag on it, my jewelry bowl was still in the process of hardening (it’s made of a clay like material), and the total cost of the box could not have been what they are charging monthly (I could be wrong, but based on the items received I can only assume). I reached out to the company a few times to receive an update on the whereabouts of my box—after the second email and several days, I received an update (note I had received the box by this time). I contacted the seller about the broken container of stones—they offered a replacement or $5 credit. I opted for the credit (thinking this second box would make me want to keep the subscription). Now, nearly mid-way through June, I still have not received my May box. We were notified packages would be delivered late due to the holiday—sure, whatever—but, honestly, delayed this long? Sorry, but I’m canceling my subscription. I was very excited to start this box—preordering a month in advance—and it has been nothing but a let down for me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I’m disappointed as all heck. I was so excited for this box and still haven’t received it. I also am getting ready to be billed AGAIN in one week and haven’t even gotten the first darn box..... big let down. Where’s my box?
