Don’t understand how you can say the delivery was given to an individual at my address bc it wasn’t delivered to me but I’m sure you made someone else happy receiving the monthly subscription I paid for but didn’t receive,.. but it wasn’t me.
Every crate you ordered was shipped on the date promised and delivered to the address you provided. You were emailed a USPS tracking number for ALL of the shipments which provided these details. I am happy to provide screen shots of this proof to you if you reach out to my customer service email.

My 12 years old daughter and I absolutely love the concept. The quality of the products is great. I can't remember if Cratejoy offered the option to purchase the additional accessories with your monthly box purchase. If so, I would advise to do it but it's definitely not necessary since most of the material is included in the box except for a paint brush, a palette and a fine tip marker. The paintings are beautiful and easy to recreate (I have no talent for art) and also educational for my daughter. It also gives you the confidence and ideas to try sketching on your own. A wonderful gift.
