Great customer service
I’ve been a subscriber to the “Treats” box for several months now. I was happy with my first box, all items that were promised to me on the little note were there! In the months to follow though, I’ve grown more and more disappointed. At least three of my boxes have been missing items. I contacted the seller about this and, just like some other reviewers, got no response. Now that I’m posting a public review, I’m sure the seller will publicly state his apology or whatever as he has for other reviews. Here is a tip: when you have paying customers reaching out to you kindly to resolve something, listen to them. Don’t just respond after we’ve cancelled our subscriptions and left public reviews.

Very rarely the warehouse might make a mistake and miss an item, but for three of your boxes to have missing items is an incredibly strange anomaly. My daughter is obsessed with other countries and learning about them. She saw My Treats and we signed up for a 6 mo. Subscription. I also contacted customer support email to ask a question and heard back right away from June. Very helpful and answered my question. We love My Treats!!
Great box, interesting treats!
Paid for the first box on 11 Dec 2019, never received. Was told this was due to high holiday volume. Was charged for second box on 31 Dec 2019, not received as of 20 Jan 2020. Has not responded to second email inquiry on 11 Jan 2020 asking for a status. I do have a tracking number for 2 boxes, one is status unavailable, one is showing still on it's way to usps in Greenwood IN, so I would avoid this seller. I will be canceling and requesting a refund.

I am from India and Placed an order on - December 2019. My first shipment was dispatched on 25 December but hasn’t reached me yet. I can’t even track it because the last status update is of 25 December.
According to the shipment policy, you ship during first week of the month but my second shipment is yet to be dispatched.
I haven’t received a response from the seller even though I sent a message days ago regarding the same.

The delivery time of approximately two weeks was the standard for USPS international shipments during the time (Christmas holiday rush)
I had trouble with the shipment so i emailed the company with it's representative(roger) they were able to assist me, and very helpful. Received the box really late, also i did not like that two of the treat was very little i'm talking about bite size. (fruit toffees, and the choco bite)
Constant delays. Not a great gift after all! 3 of 3 shipments late. Messages ignored... 3 messages, 1 response. Very disappointed!
