In that case, your best bet would probably be to start the subscription around the start of December or even the end of November, giving the first box 2-3 weeks to arrive at the latest, then giving them the first box on Christmas, everything in the box should have an expiration date of well into the future considering what type of food items they are, so there's no rush to get the item to whoever you're gifting it to immediately

Great customer service
I was having issues with shipping and also with reaching the company. I have figured out the emails not coming through was a fault in my phone settings. They let me know exactly what went wrong with shipping and are sending me a replacement box.
Paid for the first box on 11 Dec 2019, never received. Was told this was due to high holiday volume. Was charged for second box on 31 Dec 2019, not received as of 20 Jan 2020. Has not responded to second email inquiry on 11 Jan 2020 asking for a status. I do have a tracking number for 2 boxes, one is status unavailable, one is showing still on it's way to usps in Greenwood IN, so I would avoid this seller. I will be canceling and requesting a refund.
Been 2-3 weeks never got box they were wanting me to renew the subscription. Before I even got the first box
Customer service got back to me right away. I explained what happened. They were helpful
I received the small box. It had five different items from Isreal. It was cool to get it, but I wish the treats were a bit more. Otherwise, it was a fun deal. I was happy to receive my box after reading the reviews. But, I had no issues, it took about 10 days to get to me.

We have reached out to customer to offer a full refund, unfortunately both shipments were lost in transit as they were going to a country in Africa (where receiving international shipments are generally not consistent/reliable. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we will be restricting certain countries in Africa as a shipping option to avoid this issue going forward)
I absolutely love this box! This is something my kids & I have fun with & look forward to. I've never had any issues with shipping, customer service etc. I started out with the small box & changed it to the premium. Love, love, love it!!
I love this subscription and have had it for 8 months so far and have not had any issues!!!
