It isn't! They took my money and never sent the box. They reached out to me when I cancelled the subscription saying I would still get what I paid for and nope.

I ordered my box first week of August, it finally appeared at my house the mid-October. No communication from the seller at any point. The box contents were great!!! I chose the biggest box with all the goodies. Can’t say it was worth the wait though; was supposed to be an August birthday gift.

I ordered back in Sept as well and never got my box. I cancelled the subscription and they said I would still recieve the box I paid for and never got it. Hopefully u get urs but I have yet to get my FIRST & LAST box

I have emailed the seller a half a dozen times and tried reaching out to cratejoy too and I haven’t heard a thing! Spend $50 and don’t receive my box or an email!
I don't know what I think it's been I we a months me half still no package. On the site it should have been shipped for the Sept one and Oct is about to. I even emailed them asking where it is no reply. Never ordering from here again with this type of service.
I have YET to recieve my first box from September and I got an email that my subscription is about to renew. I've emailed them with no response.
I ordered one back in mid-August. Should have been shipped by mid-September. Finally got a tracking number on Sept 26th but it hasn't been received yet by USPS. Just says a tracking number was made and that is it. Horrible customer service. I get things get delayed but they haven't replied still to a message I sent over a week ago
So I just want to say I love the products, they are all fun and unique and smell really good too! Will entertain you for a long time. But I can't lie, the shipping is odd. Now to be fair I get the tiny slime crate which is the cheapest and therefore last priority and that's fair. But the arrival dates have been slowly creeping further and further away from when it says
June Crate: got June 15th
July Crate: got July 23rd
August Crate: got September 3rd
September Crate: got October 3rd
October Crate: it's now November 8th and it is still in pre shipment
I really like these guys, I see them at local conventions and want to support them! I'm thinking this may just be growing pains for a small business. And I do receive the product as promised! it's just a bit delayed, but I definitely won't die without new slime immediately. ;)

Yet another reviewer with no box to review! It’s been over a month since I paid. Seller won’t respond to messages. Don’t waste your time or money on this box!
It took over 2 months before I received my package. They never responded to my emails or messages. I finally had to file a complaint with Cratejoy to get a refund. Once I was refunded they decided to ship my box. I've emailed them a bbn out returning the box since I have been refunded and still no response after 4 days.
I ordered back in July, have been charged twice and have not received anything. I’ve email and got no response. I did get an email on aug 22nd saying they send out my package but it’s September and the post office hasn’t received it. SMH.
I have had issues with delivery every month that we have subscribed. I have contacted the seller multiple times by email and they have NEVER responded. I cancelled my subscription due to thus. Very sad because my daughter loved the product.
