I have been on a mental health journey for a while and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been the key to my success. I recently hit a little bit of a pot hole in my life and this box has equipped me to get back on my feet and live my best life. The box not only includes awesome pampering items for yourself, but an activity and a workbook that keeps you occupied for the month until your next box arrives. The carefully selected items are so thoughtful I almost cried when I opened my first box! I cannot wait to continue my journey now that I have Mindwander in my corner!
I got my first box and I'm so pleased with it! 😍 I've tried several self-care boxes before and this is the first one that it's actually worth it! The items were carefully curated and related with the theme of the month and most importantly the activities included can actually make a difference in my personal process. I Loved everything that came in the box and I'm so excited to try it out!
