Q: How long did it take to get your first kit ?Asked by Carol M., March 2023
if you ordered before our cutoff date of the 20th or 21st of the month (it's 10 days before the end of the month) you'll get the next month's box. For example if you ordered on January 24th your first box would be our March box since it was past the cutoff date of January 21st. We need the last 10 days to assemble and ship all of our monthly boxes.

My granddaughter still has not received any of her Sketchbox subscription boxes. I received an email on Nov. 15th saying it shipped, but she still has not received it. I see on here now that it says the 2nd one is getting ready to ship. There is no information when I try to track it with the tracking # in the email either. Can you please notify me of where her box is?

Interesting that our "overall" score is 2 stars when all other categories were more than that. As you may have been made aware of, supply chain issues are affecting the ability to get products (in this case our featured artist and product description inserts) to their destinations. We opted to ship your box out earlier instead of waiting to get them reprinted and shipped to us for inclusion in your box. Our thought was, it's better for it to arrive on time than late considering the stress on shipping carriers these days. The QR code scanned to a page that hosted these same documents using the files that we were intending to print. We apologize that this was your experience, but please be understanding of...

This month is all about hand lettering! Our June 2021 Premium box features a Twin Brush set from Monami, a Sennelier ink brush, a Zig ultra-fine white brush for highlights, a Marvy LePlume marker with a fineliner and brush nib, and a PaintOn pad from Clairefontaine that's perfect for all the markers in the box.
April 2021 Basic Box
This month is all about watercolor! Our April 2021 Basic box features a custom 3-set of Marabu Aqua Inks, curated just for this box. Also included is a hand-made watercolor by Stoneground. We also included an Ecoline brush marker to create smooth gradients! To outline your piece we added a Sakura Pigma Micron in brown (0.5mm). Finally, to put watercolor to paper, we included a custom accordion sketchbook and a a Silverbrush Crystal series filbert brush.
