The box has been extremely late the last few times- like 6-8 weeks after the renew date. The first year of service we received the box about 2 weeks after the renew date every time. I don’t know what has happened or changed, but customer service has never replied to my inquiries for a tracking number or shipment update. I am so disappointed because my husband loves the box, but we are quite fed up with the lateness and never any indication of when we might be receiving the boxes. We will probably cancel after we receive the current box.

Awesome box to get a handful of times out of the year. They do a great job at picking clothing items throughout the season too (flannels/pants in winter, board shorts/T-shirts in the summer)
Really cool to have if you want to get some cool surf brand gear. I had about 5 shipments to my house and only disliked 1 article of clothing out of all of them. The rest I wear regularly.
Also I got my roommate to subscribe and they acknowledged our request to send different items in each of our boxes since we sometimes share clothes. Would definitely recommend!
