If something doesn't fit you can send back for a size exchange.

You'll be billed when you sign up, this will be for your first box. You won't be billed for your next box until after you receive your first. During non-covid times those billings happen on the first of the month, however if our shipments are ever late you're not billed until after you've received. If you ordered today your first box would be September, which is scheduled to ship the end of next week. Your billing for the next one wouldn't happen until at least September 9th, for the October box you'll receive before 10/31.
