I subscribed back on April 3rd, and still have yet to receive anything. I didn't receive an email saying there was a delay - nothing. I emailed them to see what was going on, and they said, oh, I definitely have an active subscription, and I should get something "soon". In the meantime, I've already been charged a second time, but I haven't received anything to see if I need to make changes to my size or style preferences before the next shipment supposedly goes out. I cancelled my account before I get charged a third time.

I cannot wait to get additional pairs of knix. The first pair I received fit wonderfully, feel great, stay in place and don't create any lines.
