I received the wrong shipment of shirt type which is unfortunate, but I have sent three emails in regards to my concern and have yet to hear back, even for a quick, “we’re looking into it” email. At this point I have already cancelled my subscription as I am fairly certain the next box will contain the same error and now I will have two boxes with unusable items. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but without an acknowledgement of a receipt of my emails, I felt this was necessary as a buyer beware. It is a complete waste of money when you have items that you cannot use!
Bookish Specialty Broken Hearts Club box purchased as a gift. Did not ship on time, did not communicate this to the purchaser and or the recipient. I enquired as to the status of the box and then received an update on delays. Gift recipient received a tracking number which was not working... Product itself is not worth the money. First experience with this box and likely last. Thumbs down.
I loved my box. And can’t wait until this month’s gets here.
