Blueberry Knots DIY Baking Kit - No Mixer Bread Kit
The dough comes together with a spoon and your hands, no stand mixer needed, then gets rolled, filled with blueberry compote, and tied into a knot before it proofs and bakes. Swedish pearl sugar on top adds a light crunch that plain sugar doesn't. Makes 12 knots, about 45 minutes of prep, 12 to 14 minutes in the oven. Good for a slow Saturday morning or a batch to freeze and reheat through the week.- All dry ingredients pre-measured, including active dry yeast, so you're not hunting through the pantry mid-recipe.
